Fully redesigned, the new R8 features an improved spring configuration, new stainless steel hardware fasteners, new bearing integration in all pivot points, soft-touch handles and interchangeable R8-Inserts for a customizable feel.
The patented technology self-adjusts for different body sizes and targets the IT-bands, quads, hamstrings, calves, shins, gluteus, arms and more. It takes the work out of rolling and is compact enough to take anywhere.

Think packable deep-tissue massage that you can use whenever you need it! Yes, some view this as a torture contraption, but the more you use it, the more you'll love it. I typically do some lighter rolling before my runs, and then use the R8 after workouts to dig out any pesky knots. It definitely either hurts or tickles at first, but that typically means you have some tightness to work out. I love this tool for loosening up my tight calves, as it works great for getting into smaller areas and going a little deeper than your typical foam roller. It also works awesome for quads/hamstrings/IT bands, and I love that it's small enough to travel with and use in the car/on a plane (EVENTUALLY coronavirus will be gone and we'll travel again. Luckily, this works fantastically on the couch as well).
